Here at Fighting for Wellness we believe that wellness is about more than just fitness, but of course exercise plays a huge part. Check out these workouts for wellness to add to your current wellness routine in mind and body.

**I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with experience in exercise prescription and programming. Each person’s body is different in terms of movement patterns, ability, and fitness level.
