I apologize for the long silence on the blog. It’s been a really long couple of weeks and I’ve been thinking a lot about a slight rebranding for the blog and my social channels. I can’t promise how soon this will happen or how frequent my posts will be in the meantime, just know that I’m still here and I will still be blogging! If there’s something specific you’d like to read about, send me a message and let me know!

I hope you all enjoy Thanksgiving with friends and family. Remember not to worry too much about what you’re eating. Instead, focus on being thankful for the people who love you and all the great food. If you’re conscious about your choices and eat healthy throughout the rest of the day, it’ll all come out in the wash. I promise.
