Short & Sweet

I’m sorry for the infrequency of my posts, I’m still trying to adjust to my schedule and figuring out when I can plan for some down time between jobs. In the meantime my posts are likely to be short and sweet. That said, my Diamond Candles giveaway ends tomorrow, so don’t forget to enter!

Things are going really well at Healthworks and I am now teaching Strong Women on Saturday mornings! Strong Women is a strength training workout designed by Dr. Miriam Nelson, providing various benefits including increased muscle mass and strength, improved bone density, and reduced risk for diabetes. It is an all levels class, which I really love. This past Saturday was my first time teaching it and I got great feedback from the members who attended. I can’t wait to teach it again this coming weekend!

I’ve also decided to introduce myself to members as Becki, even though there is already a Becky who has been at Healthworks for several years. I made the decision because even though I have introduced myself as Rebecca before, it just didn’t feel genuine because no one in my life calls me Rebecca. I’ve always been Becki. So if you come into Healthworks in Chestnut Hill and want to get in a workout with me, make sure you ask for Becki L.

If you’re a blogger, how do you balance a busy schedule and blogging? What types of posts do you prefer to read if I can only post a couple of times per week?

    Hi Becki,
    Honestly, I’m not quite sure if I’ve had been balanced between my real works and blogging. For posting, have it at least once per week. But, I always monitor my site everyday if there’s some question or feedback from my visitors in order they know that I didn’t leave them completely due my real works :)
    By have a post like this, I’m sure your loyal visitors will respect of your business :)

    Hi Becki, I’m writing a book, launching a life coaching business, and writing 2 blogs per week! I’ve tried to schedule a 1-2 hour window of time each week in which I write my 2 weekly blogs. It doesn’t always work that way, but having it in the calendar causes me to have it top of mind.
