Achieving goals and maintaining results go hand in hand, yet many clients find that motivation to continue training to maintain results is more difficult to achieve than seeing results in the first place. Having personally struggled with being very overweight most of my life until it finally clicked and I started my fitness journey, I know how hard it can be to get started and keep going. My goal with clients is to challenge them, regardless of their current fitness level, while setting them up for continued success. My background is in counseling and behavior change, so I work with my clients to identify barriers to change and from there create healthy life and fitness habits that last.
Currently offering private, semi-private, and partner training online via Skype or Google Hangouts. Each new client will need an initial assessment via video chat to evaluate health history, goals, and to conduct a brief movement analysis. Each client will receive a workout program for exercising alone as well as a live video training 1-3 times per week (see prices below). Nutrition monitoring and guidance via MyFitnessPal is also available. Prices for semi-private and partner training available upon request.
- Initial assessment (55 minutes): $45 (one time fee required for all clients)
- Workout Program + 1x/wk training session: $45 per week
- Workout Program + 2x/wk training session: $60 per week
- Workout Program + 3x/wk training session: $75 per week
- Workout Program + nutrition guidance + 1x/wk training: $60 per week
- Workout Program + nutrition guidance + 2x/wk training: $75 per week
- Workout Program + nutrition guidance + 3x/wk training: $90 per week
All live video training sessions are 55 minutes long.
Currently gauging interest for outdoor bootcamps in the Boston area. Please contact me if you are interested in joining a once per week outdoor bootcamp on Saturdays or Sundays this fall.

And also, I’m going to add, that I learned that my weight does not define who I am. Of course I still struggle to really believe this (because it has been so firmly hacked into my brain), but no matter what weight I am, I learned to love myself and workout to be healthy.
