I apologize for not posting for the past several days. I have been taking a lot of time for myself to really think about what it is I want out of my life. I’m super excited to share with all of you what I have come up with, but I’m taking a few more days to fully hash it out.
Have no fear, what I will be doing with my life is still 100% focused on wellness from a fitness, nutrition, and mental health perspective. I’m super excited to continue growing as an individual and doing things that will truly make a difference in my own life and in the lives of others.
Part of being and staying well is taking time for yourself when you need it so I did that this week. Rather than posting for the past few days and just going through the motions, I wanted to wait until I felt like I could really post what I’m feeling and give you the kind of posts you deserve. I strive to always be genuine and honest and it wouldn’t have felt quite right to post when my head and heart weren’t in it. Now that I’ve given myself the time I need, expect to know all about it very soon.
I also have posts coming for you about my Arbonne 30 Days to Feeling Fit detox, which I finished on February 28 and an update about my marathon training (including my 10 mile race yesterday!). I am so excited for things to come and can’t wait to share it all with you! In the meantime, bare with me and keep up all your awesome work. Several of you have joined in on my push up challenge on Facebook and I’m so excited for and motivated by your hard work.
