Halloween Candy Busting Workout

Happy Halloween, everyone!

Halloween workout

Joe and I already celebrated Halloween for this year when we had our Halloween party last weekend. Lots of themed food, super hero costumes, and scary movies made it a great time!

It’s a good thing we celebrated early because I have to be in the bed super early tonight since my very first shift at Healthworks starts at 5:15 tomorrow morning! Early to bed and early to rise for this girl. That’s another reason I’m even more grateful that this happened last night. I can sleep easy tonight.
