We’re leaving the apartment in just over an hour to head to a New Year’s Eve party in Salem, MA and I’m supposed to be getting ready (shhh! Joe is working out in the other room, he never has to know). Before I hop in the shower and start primping, I wanted to share today’s quick workout with you.
For a bit of background, yesterday on Facebook several of the pages I follow started doing Page Love threads where people could leave their own page links and share the love by liking the links other people posted. The Facebook page for Fighting for Wellness started the day with 173 likes and quickly zoomed past 200!
When I hit the 200 mark I resolved to do 200 lunges and 200 sit ups today, so that’s exactly what I just did! It’s a quickie (less than half an hour), but I definitely got in a good burn.
On second thought, Joe probably knows something is up
since I had him snap this picture of me all sweaty after the workout.
You may remember that one of my New Year’s Resolutions from earlier today is to increase my Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest presence. Because of that I was so thrilled to have so many new likes on the Facebook page. Not to mention that now my Newsfeed is filling up with so many inspirational and motivational people.
As of this writing my Facebook page is up to 233 and I’m incredibly grateful. To all the new fans, welcome! My next milestone is 250 and I’m so close. When I hit that one I’ll do 250 squats, so help get me there!
